- Launching six organizational divisions in the public administrative body units (human resources, internal control, planning and policy, evaluation and follow-up, legislative support, information systems, and digital transformation)
Develop the organizational structures and competencies of the newly launched units and dissemination of the manuals in coordination with the Central Agency for Organization and Administration (CAOA)
A proposal for structures and competencies has been developed and is being discussed.
